Chinese tourists come to Paris for the Golden Week. They are here for a week of shopping in the Parisian stores. How could Paris Aéroport convince them to shop in the airport’s duty fee stores and not in Parisian store, even if they are in Paris, all the week ?

Idea

When chinese tourists come to Paris, they are totally jetlaged and wide awake at night. To welcome chinese tourists, Paris Aéroport Duty Free decided to solve their problem, by helping them use their jetlag, to do what they love: Shopping !

Paris Aéroport presents : DUTY FREE BY NIGHT. THE FIRST SOCIAL SHOPPING SERVICE FOR JETLAGGED TOURIST.

For the first time ever, we opened the doors of our duty free stores from 2 to 6 AM, with a dedicated personal shopper on a Wechat program.

Jetlagged tourists could shop more than 1000 luxury brands with special offers and duty free prices.

For those who preferred night walks our shopping service continued outdoor with messages that appeared only at night, in front of Parisian Stores.

That’s how Paris Aeroport saved the night for thousands of tourists with an exclusive shopping experience.
